The updates released yesterday for Windows 10 have some problems with Epson dot matrix printers. Please uninstall the update and this should hopefully resolve your issue.
Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. Microsoft and Epson have determined the cause of the issue and are working on a solution. This problem is not related to the printer driver, so installing current or older print drivers will not resolve the issue.
Microsoft will provide an update in an upcoming release. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
